Lucid Vendor Graph — terms of use
Version 2026-10-09-draft. Draft pending counsel review; the version string is stamped on every key issued under it.
- Read-only use. The service answers queries about the Lucid Tracker Database. You may use responses in your own tools, agents and research.
- No bulk redistribution. Do not crawl the service to rebuild the dataset or republish it in bulk. Per-query results with attribution are fine.
- Attribution. Say where the facts came from: "Lucid Tracker Database (trackers.lucidprivacy.io)".
- Queries are logged. Each tool call is recorded with your key, the tool, the arguments (URL query strings removed), timing and result counts, to operate the service and understand usage.
- Rate limits. Free keys are limited per minute and per day; responses say
429withRetry-Afterwhen exceeded. - Keys are personal and revocable. Do not share your key. Keys may be revoked for abuse, for violating these terms, or when the service changes.
- Facts only. Responses report registrations, listings and observations with their sources. They are not legal advice and make no determination of legal obligations.
- No warranty. The data is provided as is; sources may be stale and matches may be wrong. Every fact carries a basis and date so you can judge.
